The weather policy is slightly different for each type of session. Please refer to your session type’s contract for the weather rescheduling policy.

The shoot begins at the agreed upon time. If the client is late, the photographer will photograph the client for the remaining time left in the session. The photographer will not rush to get the full session’s worth of shots or stay later than the agreed upon time. It is the client's responsibility to notify the photographer if he or she is going to be late. If the photographer does not get notification from the client after 15 minutes of waiting, the photographer will leave and the client will have forfeited their session, and no refund will be issued.
Please note that this policy can vary depending on your contract. Read the Late Policy section of your contract carefully before booking.

The shoot planning call can be rescheduled once, free of charge, as long as the request is made at-least 3 days in advance. If later than 3 days before the shoot, or the second time rescheduling, the client must pay a $10 rescheduling fee. The client cannot skip the planning call, as it is an essential component of the shoot process.
