Editorial Portraits at Romare Bearden Park in Charlotte NC

Charlotte is home to some of the most beautiful parks and Romare Bearden Park is no exception! I asked one of my affiliates, Tatum, to take some creative editorial portraits with me. I am blown away at how cute they turned out. The skies were pretty overcast that day, but I think it contributed to making the colors in her outfit pop! Tatum has the cutest bob haircut and when the wind blew it, the movement and texture photographed so good! I think this was my first time incorporating orange into my work (not really my favorite color), but I was actually really impressed with the look. I think the orange complimented the undertones in Tatum’s skin. I love the moodiness of these shots and we captured some really cool angles using her purse as a prop. Take a look for yourself!
